For those arriving by car from the A1 highway, choose  the exit for FIRENZE IMPRUNETA. Follow directions towards CENTRO CITTA' (city center), enter the city by Porta Romana, then take Via Romana straight to Via Maggio and then turn left on to Lungarno Guicciardini.

NB: Free parking is not available in the historical center of Florence. The parking spaces along the road are for residents only.

From Firenze Peretola airport we suggest taking a taxi to the city centre. There is also a bus sevice that takes you to Santa Maria Novella train station within 30 minutes. From there, continue on foot for a short distance to Via dei Fossi up towards the Arno river. Cross the bridge and continue along Lungarno Guicciardini.

From Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station cross Santa Maria Novella square, then take via dei Fossi. Cross the bridge over the river Arno and continue along Lungarno Guicciardini. Estimated time on foot: 15 minutes.
